We are presently running with the help of volunteer teachers with a budget of Rs. 100,000 p.m.
We would like it to be increased to Rs. 150,000 p.m. to give them reasonable compensation.
Enhancement of salary Rs. 50,000 p.m.(this we may meet from our resources.
Instructional Technology Center. We wish to take advantage of instructional methodologies and material available as open source in the form of YouTube presentations and other audio-visual material. We wish to adopt teaching innovative techniques for K-12 students. The IT Center will select the material and localize it.
This approach will bring the best practices in teaching with state-of-the-art teaching material. Cost: Rs. 75,000 p.m. (It may be added that this will need mentoring by experts in the field of e-education.)

Infrastructure Rs. 100,000
Recurring expenditure: IT Center Rs. 75,000 p.m. or Rs. 900,000 p.a.
Total Rs. 10,00,000 per annum

It is our experience that talented and gifted students are many times left behind due to a lack of resources, guidance, and opportunities. We wish to start a class for 20 talented and gifted from class V onwards till class VIII.
These students will be picked from all neighboring schools in Gurgaon. To encourage them, it is proposed to give a scholarship of Rs. 1000 p.m. to these students.

Budget: Scholarship – 20 x 1000 = 20,000 p.m.
Logistics – 5000 p.m.

Total = 25,000 p.m. or 300,000 p.a.
This budget will increase every year by a similar amount. At the end of the fourth year, it will be Rs. 12 lakhs per annum.
If funds are available, this program can be launched in the next academic year.

OUTCOME: These students should be able to get admissions with scholarships in higher classes nationally and internationally with the help of their ment

Apart from basic education, it is also necessary to change the mindset of the students.
They should not be laboring under the thought that students elsewhere have better facilities.

These students should also have as good amenities as available in public schools.
It is proposed to air condition classrooms with modern audio-visual aids. The audio-visual aids are otherwise also required for better and more effective teaching.
ACS: 12 x 40000 = Rs. 4.8lakhs.
LEDs with internet and USB ports: 8 x 60000 = Say Rs. 5 lakhs.

Renovation of washrooms was undertaken sometime back. We have an RO water supply in the school.
All classrooms have an uninterrupted power supply through inverters.
